MBR Packaged Wastewater Treatment System 50m³/d Capacity with PURE-100 Membrane Technology
The Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) packaged plant enables municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plant owners and operators to achieve high-quality effluent while reducing energy and maintenance costs. The compact, robust design is factory pre-assembled, tested, and skid-mounted, providing easy installation for applications ranging from 5,000 gallons per day (gpd) to 200,000 gpd.
The pre-designed, skid-mounted system can be offloaded efficiently at the treatment site and includes prefabricated steel tankage, pre-installed internals, pumps, and blowers, significantly reducing installation time and labor.
Influent enters a 2 mm rotary drum screen with re-screening to improve membrane life before proceeding to the aerobic reactor zone for biological treatment.
Aeration within the aerobic reactor provides oxygen for biological respiration and maintains solids in suspension. The MBR system utilizes proven hollow fiber membrane technology to retain active biomass, eliminating sludge settleability issues and allowing operation at long sludge ages (20-100 days) with high mixed liquor suspended solids concentrations (8,000-14,000 mg/L).
