FRP Pressure Vessel Tank for Water Treatment Systems
High-performance fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pressure vessel tanks designed for various water treatment applications including multimedia filtration, GAC/ACF, and manganese/iron removal systems.
Key Features & Construction
- Made of high-performance composite material with FRP filament winding for 100% corrosion resistance
- Thread inlet constructed from 30% glass-filled PP for superior strength, temperature, and pressure limits
- Liner wall thickness from 0.15" (3.0mm) to 0.3" (7.6mm) corresponding to tank diameter
- Full product line from 6" to 63" in diameter and 10" to 86" in height
- Operating pressure: 150psi (10.5bar)
- Operating temperature: 120°F (49°C)

Construction Details
- FRP tank liner: Polyethylene (PE) seamless one-piece construction
- Cover: Continuous strands of fiberglass with high-strength epoxy resin
- Bottom base: PP round or FRP reinforced tripod base
- Opening configurations: 2.5" & 4" precision injected models for 6" to 36" diameter tanks; 6" aluminum flange (anti-corrosion coating) for 36" to 72" diameter tanks
Performance Testing
Rigorous testing includes 250,000 cycle tests from 10psi to 150psi pressure endurance.
Available Colors
Natural Blue, Gray Black, with custom colors available upon request.
