EDI Electrodeionization Module Overview
Advanced electrodeionization technology combining electrodialysis and ion exchange for continuous ultrapure water production. Eliminates batch regeneration cycles and hazardous chemical usage while delivering consistent high-purity water output.
Technology & Operation Principle
EDI systems utilize mixed ion exchange resin to continuously remove impurities from feed water through ion exchange. Simultaneously, electrolysis-driven water splitting generates hydronium and hydroxyl ions that continuously regenerate the resin, maintaining consistent purification performance without chemical regeneration cycles.

- RO water conductivity: <20 μS/cm (optimal <10 μS/cm)
- pH range: 6.0-9.0
- Temperature: 5-35°C
- Hardness: <0.5 ppm
- Organics: Maximum 0.5 ppm (recommended 0 ppm)

- Fe/Mn: Maximum 0.01 ppm
