Tiltable GU10 Downlight Housing Cutout 83mm With Quick-Fit Box Loop In And Loop Out Terminal

The twist and lock describes the centre of the fitting, you twist it and the lamp and GU10 connection drops down, this makes changing and installing bulbs very easy and looks smarter than the old version with a metal clip.
This is the 240V version and can therefore work with a halogen, LED or low energy bulb.
