Baling Process
The automated baling cycle begins with loading scrap material into the compacting box. The lid cylinder seals the box, followed by side and main cylinders compressing the material into dense bales. The locking door opens automatically, and the main cylinder ejects the finished bale, completing the process in approximately 120 seconds per cycle.
