The pipe purge should meet the following requirements:

1. The pipeline installation works within the purging range have been completed according to the design drawings except for mending and painting.

2. After the pipeline installation is qualified, the construction unit should be responsible for organizing the purge work, and the purge plan should be prepared before the purge.

3. Purging should be carried out in the order of main pipe, branch pipe and courtyard pipe, and the dirt blown out shall not enter the qualified pipeline.

4. The pressure regulator, valve, orifice plate, filter screen, gas meter and other equipment in the purge pipe section should not participate in the purge, and the purge is qualified before installing and resetting.

5. The purge outlet should be set up in an open area and reinforced, and a safe area should be set up when purging. It is strictly forbidden to stand before the purge outlet.

6. The purge pressure should not be greater than the design pressure of the pipeline, and should not be greater than 0.3 MPa.

7. The purge medium should be compressed air, and oxygen and flammable gases are strictly prohibited.

8. After the purge qualified equipment is reset, no other operations that affect the cleaning of the pipe shall be carried out.
