10CrMoAl Seamless Elbow Resistant To Seawater Corrosion For Coastal Power Plants Pipe Fittings
The 10CrMoAl elbow is a special elbow resistant to seawater corrosion. 10CrMoAl material is the most ideal material for pipelines and processed parts for coastal power plants, coastal oil fields, coastal natural gas and petrochemical plants to transport water, oil and gas and seawater-containing media. It can also be used to make valve flanges.

Reasons for corrosion resistance:
1. The Al (aluminum) in the 10CrMoAl material can chemically react with the O (oxygen) in the air to form Al2O3 (aluminum oxide). This forms a protective film, which is both corrosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
2. The Cr (chromium) and Mo (molybdenum) ions in 10CrMoAl can automatically supplement the gaps formed by the pitting corrosion of Cl (chlorine) ions on the steel in the seawater, forming a dense protective layer to prevent the pitting corrosion from developing in depth. In turn, it is resistant to corrosion and prolongs the service life.
