1. Target plate: aluminum target plate is generally used for the target plate, the main steam target plate is generally selected with a width of 25-35mm, the length of the target plate is subject to the inner diameter of the blow pipe, and the thickness of the target plate is 6-10mm.

2. Target plate shaft: The shaft of the target plate should be able to withstand high impact without breaking and deforming, and the strength should not affect the target plate by vibration during use, so the selection standard cannot be lower than 50 steel, or 2Cr13 high hardness stainless steel. The shaft diameter is not less than 50mm.

When purging, adopt the method of alternate blowing and segmented blowing, and the blowing coefficient is not less than 1 (blowing coefficient = blowing pipe steam flow square number × specific volume of steam when blowing pipe / rated load steam flow square number × rated load ratio of steam volume). Under the condition that the discharge pipe diameter is greater than or equal to the diameter of the purge pipeline and the control valve is fully opened, the purge load reaches 60-70% of the operating load, and when the outlet pressure of the superheater is controlled to exceed 1.0mpa, the blowpipe coefficient can be guaranteed to be greater than 1. 4.8 Eligibility criteria for target shooting: The particle size of the spot on the target board is less than 1mm in diameter, and the traces are ≯3/cm2, and they are qualified twice in a row. The purging results are classified and recorded, and each target board is kept for inspection.
