Application Guidelines
  • Confirm that the voltage and power parameters of the motor do not exceed the specified range.
  • Applicable to hall brushless DC motor with Hall at 120°. You may need to adjust Hall line sequence or motor three-phase line sequence for optimal driving effect.
  • This driver board comes without housing and heatsink. It can drive motors below 100 watt without heatsink but requires normal ventilation.
  • The 5V output port is only for external potentiometer or switch for speed adjustment, commutation and enabling operation. Do not connect external power equipment.

1. Control Port
  • 5V - Driver board internal output voltage for external potentiometer or switch
  • Z/F - Rotating direction control (5V=Forward, GND=Reverse)
  • VR - Speed control port (0.1V-5V analog or PWM 1K-20KHz, 5V amplitude)
  • EL - Enable port (5V=Run, GND=Stop)
  • Signal - Speed pulse signal output
  • GND - Driver board internal control ground

  • MB - Motor phase B

  • P- - DC negative
  • P+ - DC positive

Important Notes: Use shielded wires if distance between driver and motor exceeds 50cm. Control port pitch: 2.54mm, Power port pitch: 3.96mm. Ensure proper insulation between driver MOSFET and heatsink/installation plate.
