Application Guidelines
- Verify motor voltage and power parameters do not exceed specified ranges
- Designed for 3-phase brushless sensorless motors; may require component adjustments for optimal performance
- No heatsink required for motors below 100W with adequate ventilation
- 5V pin is for external potentiometer or switch only - do not connect external power equipment
- No reverse connection protection - reverse polarity will permanently damage the board
Wiring Configuration
Control Port Connections
- 5V: Internal output voltage for external potentiometer or switch
- Z/F: Rotation direction control (5V=Forward, GND=Reverse)
- VR: Speed control (0.1V-5V analog or PWM 1K-10KHz)
- Signal: Speed pulse signal output
- GND: Control ground reference
Power Port Connections
- MA, MB, MC: Motor phase connections
- GND: DC negative input
- VCC: DC positive input (12-36VDC)
Important Notes: Use shielded wires for distances over 50cm from motor. Control port spacing: 2.54mm, Power port spacing: 3.96mm. Ensure proper insulation between MOSFET and heatsink/installation plate.
