Q2: What about payment terms? 

A: TT, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping. 

Q3: What about the lead time? 
A: Normally 10-15 days depends on the order quantity and requirement. 
Q4: What about the shipping method? 
A: DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/Aramex DDP service / By air or by sea.
Q5: What if any damage occurs during the transit? 
A: We will compensate you the same quantity of new goods free of charge.
Q6:Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
Q7:Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
Q8:What is the normal lead time ?
A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 15-20work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 35-40 days after we received your 30% deposit
C.For OEM products, the delivery time is 35-40 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.

Quantity Control Standard:

1. Dosage:2±0.2g

2. Prime Time:≤6 times(Tube Length≤25CM)

3. Actuator Torsion:2Kgf.m≤Torsion≤10Kgf.cm(72 hours after assembly)

4. Leakage Test:Pump screwed tight on filled bottle(water/ lotion).Any position under normal temperature,43℃&10℃. There is no leakage under under vacuum -0.06MPa within 5 minutes.There is no leakage under perssure 10N,within 3-5 minutes.

5. Diptube Standard:Diptube and Housing(Tensile≥7N)

6. Disptube Length Tolerance:(±2mm)

7. Damage Test:Drop 3 times with 1.2M height from the ground,parts remain assembled.
