STE38-S STS three-phase keypad-type prepaid electricity meter is specialized for three-phase four-wire systems. It includes two core components: a keypad-type prepaid meter and a separate Customer Interface Unit (CIU). The CIU features an RF communication module with 300–400 meters coverage.​

Integration with a Data Concentrator Unit (DCU) enables advanced remote management: efficient monitoring of meter data, energy distribution, and system status, enhancing power management intelligence.​

Features 

The StronPay vending system can be adapted to various meter types (including electric meters, water meters and gas meters). The Microsoft SQL Server backend database management tool safeguards data security.

Operation security is guaranteed by account permission management.
