STE38-S is advanced smart three phase prepaid electricity meters, with split keypad type , they can be configured in Prepaid or Postpaid mode. Their unique feature of plug-and-play communication module creates the possibility of exchange and usage of variety of reliable wired & wireless communication interfaces, suitable for residential and small size C&I clients.

STE38-S is accurate at measuring & monitoring load and network parameters as well as anti-tampering functions, making them ideal for revenue collection and protection solutions. They are designed based on 20-bit Token based STS specifications, fully complying with DLMS/COSEM, IDIS standards and certified with DLMS, MID, IDIS, STS, and SABS certificates to guarantee their interoperability over AMI platform.

Recharge solutions 

1.By Stronpay vending Software

When it it no credits,the meter will switch off,users can recharge by going to local sales point or use handheld mobile vending unit.Once they get the 20 digits TOKEN,input it by integrated keypad and will recharge successfully.

2.By the third party platform or local mobile payment with API

In some areas,utility is too far and it takes users too much time to go there.Now users can directly use the third party APP to buy electricity,normally they will receive the TOKEN by SMS and enter it to the meter,then recharge completes.

3.By the AMI System

AMI System is a remote reading system based on GPRS and RF-LoRa connected with energy meters where online recharge is available.
