PCB Board Cutter Description:

It is a manual PCB cutter, with upper circular blade and lower linear blade for max 330mm boards depaneling. No power required, cutting speed is controlled by the operator.

PCB Board Cutter Features:

1. Circular blade and linear blade cutting to lower stress and improve cutting effect.
2. Cutting speed is manual controlled by operator for different kinds of PCB boards.

3. Adjustable stainless steel platform on both sides for easier boards collection.

4. It is suitable for thin FR1, FR4 and CEM panels.

5. Blades can be re-sharpened for 2-3 times.

6. Customized blades are available for special applications.

Anti‐rust oil should be added to the machine stored in the upper and lower cutter.
Each sub‐board machine a total of 380,000 times (about 50 days), the need to add lubricating oil in the eye of the slider.
