Metal Core Pneumatic PCB Depanelizer Applications:
Metal Core Pneumatic PCB Depanelizer Upper Blade Replacement:
1. Depress the pedal so that the knife stuck in the lowest position (Note: Do not release the pedal until adjusting the knob to the maximum position)
2. Ensure upper blade at its highest point, close gas valve.
3. Using 5mm Allen key to loosen 5 screws, then adjust 6 jackscrews, adjust lower blade to the lowest point.
4. Using 5mm Allen key to loosen 5 screws, take away upper blade.
5. Reverse steps to install upper blade. Note: Adjusting as per step 5.4 before using, the top of upper blade stick to tool post and screws should be fastened.
Metal Core Pneumatic PCB Depanelizer Lower Blade Replacement:
1. Press the pedal to lower upper blade to the lowest point, do not release pedal until adjusting the knob to the maximum position.
2. Loose pedal to ensure upper blade at the highest point, close gas valve.
3. Using 5mm Allen key to loosen 5 screws, take away the pressing part and lower blade.
4. Reverse steps to install lower blade. Note: Adjusting as per step 6.4 before using, the lower blade at the lowest point by fastening jackscrews.
