This V Cut PCB depaneler is suitable for cutting PCB board, aluminum substrate, copper plate and ceramic plate; it is especially suitable for cutting precision SMD PCBA or thin plate, so that sensitive SMD components and capacitors are not affected by stress, and the potential quality risk of products is minimized. The PCB depaneler is widely used in automobile, power supply, computer, household appliances, mobile phone, connector, led and other industries.

Features:

1. It is especially suitable for thin plate cutting with light weight and no cutting stroke.

2. Bow waves and micro cracks are generated when there is no circular tool for plate splitting. When wedge-shaped cutter is used to meet the plate linearly, the shear stress is reduced to the minimum, so that sensitive SMD components and even capacitors are not affected, and the potential quality risk of products is minimized;

3. The cutting stroke is less than 1 mm, so there is no concern about operation safety. 

4. The cutting rate is 1s / 1, which is controlled by the foot pedal pneumatic switch.

5. The cutting knife group is passive start, which can safely grasp the cutting line and position; the cutting stress is small, and it is not easy to form cracking phenomenon.
