Thermode head:
1. Check it every 5000 operations
2. Replace new thermode every 80000 operations.
Thermocouple:
Visually inspection for connection status.
Fixture:
1. Some rosin stains will accumulate in the fixture after long Usage. To ensure that the level of the thermode and products, must clean fixture surface per day.
2. Check the wear every 5000 operations
3. Replace new fixture every 200000 operations.
Temperature:
Keep records for difference between actual surface temperature and preset temperature using temperature Logger when replace thermode, fixture & products.
Working table: clean everyday.
