1. Remove the security door
2. Position the two pin holes on the lower mold bottom plate onto the hooks
3. Insert the upper mold into the drawer, ensuring mold edge overlaps with upper plate
4. Switch to manual mode and press "front and back" button to feed lower mold into machine
5. Disconnect air source to allow upper and lower cylinders to slowly descend
6. Tighten thumb screws after upper and lower molds close together
7. Reconnect air source, verify smooth mold closure before proceeding

• Remove waste boards promptly after operation
• Apply grease to guide rods every two months and lubricate connecting rod shaft
• Regularly drain water from pressure reducing valve
• Immediately repair any damaged mechanical components
