Q: What's your Lead Time of mass production?

A: Normally our lead time is 30-45 days.

Q: Can you provide free samples?

A: Yes, one or two free samples are available.

Q: What's your MOQ?

A: Normally, for jack, the MOQ is 200pcs, while for winches, hitches, bike carriers, and other accessories, it will be 500pcs. Of course, the price will be different according to different quantity.

Q: What's your Payment Terms?

A: T/T and L/C are OK, but for small order we prefer 100% T/T before shipment.

Q:Can we customize according to our request?

A: Yes, as we also have strong R&D capability .And we could develop new production according to your request.
