Receipt of customer’s RFQ ( detailed requirements of the glass or touch panel, qty etc.)
- Receive customer's technical files, including CAD drawing,application ect .
- Recommend standard products or customize products based on customer's requirements.
- Send quotation to customers.
- Offer engineering drawing for confirmation and fill in project kick-off form.
- Make samples according to the confirmed drawing.
- Send the samples to customers for confirmation. Offer all after sevice supports.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our glass MOQ is 500squere or 1000 piece. AD player MOQ is one. Products of different sizes and specifications could be mixed in one container. If you need customized deep processing products please let me know .
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance, 70% after get the copy of B/L. Also accept 100% L/C at sight.
