Product Function Of Smart Glass Film
1) Privacy Protection :
The biggest function of Our pdlc film is privacy protection,which can control the glass between transparent and opaque.It can protect your privacy by our smart film
2) Projection Screem:
Our Pdlc film can be used as a good projection screen, in appropriate light environment, if choose high lumen projector, the image of projection effect is very clear(suggest use rear projection mode).
3) Safety Protection
Our pdlc film thickness is about 0.36mm. When installed on your glass window,It can adhensive your window closely, When the window are broken, The film can avoid the window glass flying around and hurt others,
4) Environmental Protection:
Our PDLC film attached on the surface of glass,Which can resist heat over 98% UV and over 95% infrared ray. In order to reduce thermal radiation, it requires shielding partial infrared ray. While if shielding UV can protect indoor furnishings not fade, aging and so on, and protect people against the disease by ultraviolet radiation.
- Packaging Details
- 1. Packed into wooden carton with soft wrapper between each piece of glass.
2. The glass needs to be wrapped up by plastic film to prevent the dust and cracks.
3. Between the gap and the wooden carton ,there will be soft material
is filled in.
4.The package measures up the code of JC/T 512, each carton will have marks like: upwards, handle with care, size of glasses and so on.

Development process:

Receipt of customer’s RFQ ( detailed requirements of the glass or touch panel, qty etc.)
- Receive customer's technical files, including CAD drawing,application ect .
- Recommend standard products or customize products based on customer's requirements.
- Send quotation to customers.
- Offer engineering drawing for confirmation and fill in project kick-off form.
- Make samples according to the confirmed drawing.
- Send the samples to customers for confirmation. Offer all after sevice supports.
- Pilot production.
- Mass production

To create and submit counter-drawings + artwork for your approval:2-3 working days
To build tooling and Sample Shipping:8-10 days
Mass Production Delivery:15-30 days after the sample confirmation
Shipping Details:
1.They can be shipped by international express such as DHL, FEDEX, EMS, TNT, UPS, or by Sea, by air, it depends on customers' requirements.
2. The tracking number will be informed once the package was delivered.
