- Receive customer's technical files, including CAD drawing,application ect .
- Recommend standard products or customize products based on customer's requirements.
- Send quotation to customers.
- Offer engineering drawing for confirmation and fill in project kick-off form.
- Make samples according to the confirmed drawing.
- Send the samples to customers for confirmation. Offer all after sevice supports.
