SW01 series colorless transparent polyimide film has excellent heat resistant, solvent resistant property, good mechanical strength and high light transparency. Appearance:
The surface of the film is smooth and smooth, without wrinkles, tears, particles, bubbles, pinholes, foreign impurities and other defects, and the edge is neat without damage.
 
Matters needing attention:
1. The film shall be rolled in the tube core, and each roll shall be packed and sealed with plastic bags and placed in a dry and clean box.
2. The film should be stored in a dry and clean room.
3. During transportation and storage, avoid moisture and mechanical damage.

Process:

After completion of formula,the materials begin to polycondensation,flowing into resin storage,casted by casting machine,scrolling into imine furnace for complete drying,tension and imidization,and beginning to wind. After winding, start to strimming side or slitted as clients' demanding. Then the coil must be during corona treated and post-processed for good performance.

Test:

Before slitting , one roll each batch will be ticked out to test items as: thickness, tensile strength, elongation rate, breakdown voltage, color, shrinkage rate.
