Features and applications:
 
1. CPI colorless transparent polyimide film is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, modern microelectronics and Optoelectronics due to its excellent temperature resistance, solubility resistance, mechanical properties and excellent light transmittance;
2. Interlayer dielectric materials or flexible printed circuits that can be used in semiconductor devices have special applications in some fields, such as solar cell substrate materials, flexible solar radiation protection materials, flexible transparent conductive film substrate materials, orientation film materials of liquid crystal display, optical waveguide materials in communication field and optical half wave plate of planar light wave circuit;
3. Semiconductor devices, flexible printed circuit boards, liquid crystal displays, solar panels, optical equipment display, toilet circuit boards, folding screen display and other fields;
4. It can also be used in solar panels and window films; through the improved PI film, the dielectric loss and bending property are close to LCP, but the cost is only 70% of LCP.

Development process:

• Receipt of customer’s RFQ ( detailed requirements of the glass or touch panel, qty etc.)

• Receive customer's technical files, including CAD drawing,application ect .
• Recommend standard products or customize products based on customer's requirements.
• Send quotation to customers.
• Offer engineering drawing for confirmation and fill in project kick-off form.
• Make samples according to the confirmed drawing.
• Send the samples to customers for confirmation. Offer all after sevice supports.

Matters needing attention:
 
1. The film shall be rolled in the tube core, and each roll shall be packed and sealed with plastic bags and placed in a dry and clean box.
2. The film should be stored in a dry and clean room.
3. During transportation and storage, avoid moisture and mechanical damage.
