The synthetic mask is suitable for testing the penetration resistance of the mask under different blood pressure levels.

  Mask Tester Technology advantage

1.The gas source which can provide air pressure of (20 ± 1) kPa is used to continuously pressurize the sample, which is not limited by the space of the test site.

2.The instrument has a pressure gauge to display the pressure, which can be adjusted.

3.Use pressurized medium: compressed air.

4.The special stainless steel penetration test tank ensures that the sample is firmly clamped and prevents the synthetic blood from splashing around.

5.Square metal block net: open space ≥ 50%; bending ≤ 5mm at 20kPa.

6.Digital display timer, accuracy ± 1 second.

7.The instrument has a clamp which can produce 13.5 nm torque.
