This small double core barrel plating machine is engineered for efficient electroplating surface treatment applications. Constructed from imported PP board with precision machining, it offers compact dimensions (L500mm × D300mm), simple operation, and minimal space requirements.
Ideal for barrel plating of precious metals including gold, silver, palladium, rhodium, nickel, copper, and zinc. Perfect for small components such as watch needles, resistors, capacitors, ceramic parts, and jewelry where traditional rack plating is unsuitable.
Standard PP board construction provides excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature tolerance up to 80°C. Custom transparent acrylic options available.
