ISO Certified Grade 1 Titanium Anode Baskets designed for water treatment and electroplating applications. These baskets feature superior corrosion resistance and reliable electrical conductivity for industrial processes.
Construction & Materials
Manufactured from Grade 1 commercially pure titanium, providing excellent resistance to most plating solutions. The sides and base are constructed from solid sheet material, with hooks argon arc welded for optimal electrical conductivity.
Mesh Options
Available in two mesh types:
- F = Fine Mesh
- C = Coarse Mesh
To order, specify Product No. 210100 along with A, B, and C dimensions and preferred mesh type.

Hook Specifications
Standard hook length is 5", with custom lengths available upon request. Hooks are edge-bent for enhanced strength and fabricated with ½ x ¼" section. For baskets 36" and larger, heavier ¾ x ¼" hooks are utilized.
Material Variations
Available in various titanium grades to suit specific application requirements. For highly corrosive environments, Grade 7 palladium stabilized alloy 260 is recommended. Custom sizes and round basket configurations are also offered.
