Production Process Flow
- Pay off → Degreasing → Heat treatment → Patenting → Water cooling → Pickling
- Water rinsing → Copper plating → Water rinsing → Zinc plating → Water rinsing
- Hot water rinsing → MF → Phosphoric acid wash → Water rinsing → Soaping → Take up
Key Process Stages
Degreasing
Removes uneven soap powder and borax, applies uniform coating layer for consistent brass coverage
Heat Treatment
Restores ductility to deformation-hardened steel wire, achieving optimal microstructure for tensile strength and elongation requirements
Patenting
Water vapor quenching process cools heat-treated steel wire to obtain strong strength and sostenitic structure
Pickling
Removes all oxides and residues from steel wire surface, ensuring clean surface for uniform coating coverage
Copper Plating
Applies uniform copper layer on steel wire surface to facilitate subsequent brass drawing process
Zinc Plating
Deposits metal zinc layer on steel wire surface
MF (Intermediate Frequency Heating)
Enables copper and zinc layers to diffuse, forming brass coating through intermediate frequency annealing
Phosphoric Acid Wash
Removes zinc oxide produced during thermal diffusion stage, preventing wire breakage during wet drawing process
