pay off→cathode discharge oil→water rinsing→anode discharge oil→water rinsing → pickling→ water rinsing → pre-plating nickel → water rinsing → nickel plating → water rinsing → hot water rinsing → drying→protection→drying→take up

3. Main process introduction

Cathode discharge oil: remove the oil on the surface of copper wire to ensure the binding force of the coating .

Anode discharge oil: same as the cathode discharge oil.

Pickling: remove the oxide from the surface of the product.

Water rinsing: clean the product thoroughly after the tank to avoid mutual contamination of the tank.

Pre-nickel plating : as a pre-coating, to ensure the subsequent coating and base binding force.

Nickel plating : thickened nickel coating.

Protection:It has a rust proof sealing effect and does not affect the appearance, weldability, conductivity, and other properties of the coating.

4. Solution preparation

Pre-nickel plating solution:      Ni(SO₃NH₂)₂            400~600mL/L
                                                   NiCl₂                         5~15g/L
                                                   H₃BO₃                      40~60g/L
 

Nickel plating solution:               Ni(SO₃NH2)₂            400~600mL/L
                                                   NiCl₂                          5~15g/L
                                                   H₃BO₃                       40~60g/L
                                                   Softening agent         8~12mL/L
                                                   Brightening agent      0.2~0.8mL/L
