3. Main process introduction

Pickling: remove all oxides and residues on the surface of the steel wire.

Surface conditioning:the surface of the wire rod is treated in advance to refine and compact the phosphating film, improve the film forming property, shorten the phosphating time, reduce the film thickness, and eliminate the influence of the difference in the Surface states of the wire rod on the phosphating quality.

Electrolytic phosphating:a uniformly thick phosphating film is formed on the surface of the wire rod as a carrier for adsorbing soap powder or lubricating liquid, which is convenient for subsequent drawing and use. It can be used as a lubricating layer or as a rust preventive layer.
