Degreasing Process
Removes uneven soap powder and borax residues while applying uniform surface coating of soap powder and borax to bright steel wire for consistent surface treatment.
Furnace and Quenching
Restores ductility to deformation-hardened steel wire, achieving ideal microstructure to meet specific requirements for tensile strength, shape, and elongation properties.
Pickling Treatment
Completely removes all oxides and surface residues from steel wire to ensure clean surface preparation.
Boraxing Application
Applies borax coating as lubricant powder carrier to facilitate subsequent drawing operations.
