Production Process Flow

Key Process Details
Degreasing
Removes uneven soap powder and borax residues, applying a uniform layer to ensure consistent surface coating on steel wire.
Furnace Treatment
Restores ductility to deformation-hardened steel wire, achieving optimal microstructure for tensile strength, shape, and elongation requirements.
Quenching
Cools heat-treated steel wire from high temperature using water vapor quenching to obtain strong strength and sostenitic structure.
Pickling
Eliminates all oxides and residues from steel wire surface, creating clean substrate for uniform rear coating coverage.
Copper Plating
Applies uniform copper layer on steel wire surface to facilitate subsequent brass drawing process.
Zinc Plating
Deposits metallic zinc layer on steel wire surface.
MF (Intermediate Frequency Heating)
Utilizes intermediate frequency heating to diffuse copper and zinc layers, forming brass coating through thermal diffusion process.
Phosphoric Acid Wash
