Construction Details
Furnace shell utilizes 6mm steel plate welding with structural reinforcement. The furnace lining employs high-quality silicate aluminum refractory acupuncture blankets for double-side heat insulation. Heating elements feature 0Cr25Al5 flat resistance tape arranged in upper and lower heating blocks.
Furnace Pot Specifications
Constructed from 321 stainless steel with 8mm thickness and corrugated body design. Bottom features ellipsoidal head with 12mm thickness, providing oxidation resistance and heat resistance up to 1100°C.
