I. Product Description
The straight wire drawing machine series of our company have absorbed the advanced advantages from both at home and broad in the machinery design process. Our machine have all kinds of design and configurations according to the different finished products and different request from clients, which makes us in the leading position of concerning the product characterisitics for user. It is applicable to drawing spring steel wires, tyre rib steel wires, steel wires for ropes, optical fiber steel wires, CO2 shield welding wires, flux cored electrodes for air welding, alloy and stainless steel wires, aluminum clad wires, under-relaxation pre-stressed steel wires and so on.
Block Diameter: Φ560mm, material: ZG45 steel, working surface is coated with antifriction alloy, HRC58-60, harden work face width shall be no less than 150mm, depth: >1mm, roughness ≥1.6Ra.
Cooling of block: water spray inside of block
