The wire drawing machine utilizes AC frequency conversion motor combined with joint group narrow V belts and hard gear surface decelerator for efficient power transmission.
High-quality ductile cast iron blocks with tungsten carbide coating ensure superior performance. Surface fineness Ra≥0.8 with surface rigidity ≥HRC60.
Features rotating die box with optional direct or indirect water cooling. Tuning roller and wire guiding wheel made of 45# steel with tungsten carbide coating (hardness ≥HCR55).
