Used in general anesthesia, intensive care and with emergency care to ensure airway patency, oral intubation and mechanical ventilation. The tube is inserted into the trachea of the patient through the nose or mouth of the patient, to ensure airway patency, so that air enters the lungs. The aspiration port allows you to remove the secret and sputum that accumulated in the patient's trachea.
Available in many different inner diameters, suitable for use in neonates, children, adolescents and adults.

Priortointubation,deflatethecuffcompletely.
Afterintubation,inflatethecuffusingthe minimum volume of air required to provide an effective seal.
Immediately after cuff inflation,auscultate both lung fields.If breath sounds diminished over one
lung field or absent over one or both fields,adjust the tube as required.
Endotracheal tube placement should be confirmed by viewing the position of the tube tip with a chest radiograph.
