Flexible Endotracheal Intubation Stylet for Smooth Tube Insertion

After the distal tip of the endotracheal tube is inserted through the glottic opening, have an assistant remove the stylet. Then advance the tube until the cuff is approximately 1 cm past the vocal cords.
