Operation Procedure

Preparation and Insertion

Remove the product from the sterile pouch, ensuring it remains uncontaminated
Use a syringe with Ruhr tapered joint to completely deflate the cuff
Apply a small amount of water-soluble lubricant or saline to the back tip
Hold the laryngeal mask airway in a pen-style grip
Open the patient's mouth and place the back tip behind the front teeth
Assist with the index finger along the jaw, pressing slowly until resistance is felt

Positioning and Inflation

Before removing the index finger, use your other hand to press the endotracheal tube to prevent displacement
Use a syringe to open the valve and inflate the cuff to the indicated pressure (not exceeding maximum capacity)
Place dental pad, fix position, and maintain ventilation

Removal Procedure

After use, completely deflate the cuff before removing the laryngeal mask airway.
