We send items by air mail to the buyer .consider a tracking number due to the item value. There maybe some delay due to flight, holiday, weather, local post, local natural disaster impact. Some countries like Russia, Brazil, or some European countries may take up to 50 days or longer for delivery. If you are concerned in any way, please feel free to contact us via email message instead of leaving negative/neutral feedback or opening a dispute. We will make every effort to fix any problem (resend or refund ).

3) We ONLY send them to the addresses left by the customers. Please make sure your address is matched with your shipping address before you pay. If you need to change your address, please change it first BEFORE you pay, or contact us before you purchase.
