This continuous penetrating flow drying equipment is designed for drying materials in strip, particle, or slice form with excellent ventilation. Ideal for high-moisture materials like dewatering vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine herbs that cannot withstand high drying temperatures.
Working Principle
Materials are evenly distributed on the stainless steel mesh belt (12-60 mesh) and move through the dryer via transmission. The dryer consists of multiple sections with separate hot air circulation systems. Moisture is removed through specialized exhaust blowers while maintaining precise temperature control for optimal drying results.
