Industrial Three Cylinder Drum Dryer Machine
This high-efficiency industrial drum dryer is designed for processing large volumes of granular materials including coking coal, casting sand, ore, and blast furnace slag. With a capacity range of 0.5-10 tons per hour and 380V operation, it delivers reliable performance for demanding industrial applications.
Working Principle
The dryer features a rotating cylinder slightly inclined from horizontal. Material enters from the higher end while the heat carrier flows countercurrently from the lower end. As the cylinder rotates, gravity moves material downward while heat transfer efficiently dries the contents before discharge.
