The XSG Revolving Spin Flash Dryer is an advanced industrial drying system developed through collaboration with Shenyang Chemical Research Institute. This high-performance equipment efficiently processes paste, cake, thixotropic, and heat-sensitive materials including soya protein, tritcin, and cassava flour.
Working Principle
Hot air enters the drying chamber from the bottom at optimal spouting velocity. Material is simultaneously crushed by the disintegrator and dried by hot air circulation. This dual-action process increases surface area and maximizes drying efficiency through enhanced heat transfer.
