High Efficiency Centrifugal Spray Drying Equipment
This industrial spray dryer efficiently converts liquid or slurry materials into dry powder with evaporation capacities ranging from 1-5000kg/h. Featuring a built-in CIP (Clean-in-Place) system for easy maintenance and multiple heat source options including steam, electricity, thermal oil, or gas/oil/coal fired hot air generators.
Operating Principle
Filtered and heated air enters through the top-mounted air distributor, flowing spirally into the drying chamber. Material liquid is atomized via high-speed centrifugal sprayer into fine mist droplets that contact hot air and dry instantaneously. Final products discharge continuously from the bottom while waste gas exits through the blower.
