This fully automatic production line is designed for manufacturing 5-ply corrugated paper sheets and cardboard with various flute profiles including A, B, C, E, F, and G configurations.

The complete corrugated paper board production line includes:

• Mill roll stand
• Pre-heater and splicer
• Single facer unit
• Overhead bridge system
• Multi-preheater and glue machine
• Double baker facer
• Slitter scorer and cut-off stacker

Raw paper rolls are fed through the mill roll stand, then heated and moisture-adjusted by pre-heaters. The paper is corrugated by single facers and glued with another paper layer to create single-faced corrugating paper. After conveyance through the overhead bridge and reheating in multi-layer preheaters, the material is glued and joined by the double baker facer to produce continuous corrugated board.

The board then undergoes slitting and scoring by the slitter scorer, followed by transverse cutting by the cut-off machine to produce corrugated boards of various sizes. Finally, these boards are stacked, calculated, and dispatched via the stacker system. Heating is accomplished through steam heating technology.
