SRS1249-RT103C is a new product for soft tube, with varnishing and three color screen printing or hot-stamping for cosmetic soft tubes.
Features:
1. the frame and structure are made of high strength aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
2. Using PLC control system and touch screen interface. Rapid setup and quick mold change, convenient for customers to operate and adjust.
3. Curved screen printing to avoid pattern deformation.
4. Optional: Made according to customer's special requirements. Including anti-static dust removal device, flame treatment, arc screen printing, UV/IR system, unloading conveyor.
5. Servo motor control for screen printing and servo positioning.
6. Main parts are from Panasonic, Schneider, SMC, OMRON and other international brands.
PLC control system is adopted.
