Application Scope:

It is mainly used for single to multi-color repeat screen printing of curved plastic containers such as detergents, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs and decorative items.

Technical Characteristics:

1. SBF460-D2 is suitable for printing on curved surfaces such as round, oval and conical containers.
2. Servo-driven to minimize running noise.
3. The stainless steel printing table can be adjusted in 3 directions to ensure the finest register.
4. The printing table also has a vacuum function to hold the substrate for the entire cycle or intermittently.
5. There is plenty of room for printing even on very thick materials.
6. Squeegee and flood bar can be stopped before or after printing to accommodate different ink properties and different printing results.
7. Branded pneumatic parts are used. The moving parts of the machine are made of precision shafts and bearings to ensure smooth operation.
8. Automatic hydraulic equipment is installed to strip the screen from the printing surface to effectively avoid smearing defects.
9. Depth, pressure, speed, leveling and stroke of the squeezing lever/flooding lever can be adjusted to achieve various printing effects.
10. Sensor register device can be added to find the exact position when printing the second color.
