Machine Feature
- SRS488 is suitable for screen printing UV inks in various colors, and also supports hot stamping and other decorative processes. It can work on products of different shapes—such as bottles, jars and caps—made from materials like plastic, metal and glass.
- Boasting an integrated turntable design, the machine finishes all printing functions with the same set of fixtures. It achieves a printing accuracy of up to ±0.1 mm and ensures no scratches on the products.
- With a digitally controlled servo motor as its driving force, the machine enables 360-degree printing on products. It is also equipped with remote management and service functions, which meet Industry 4.0 standards.
- The machine adopts electrical components from well-known brands, together with a PLC control system, an easy-to-operate touch screen and wireless tablet operation, providing reliable performance.
