Machine Feature

• The machine features an integrated turntable design, with all printing functions completed using the same set of fixtures. It achieves a printing accuracy of up to ±0.1 mm without scratching products.

• Driven by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine enables 360° printing on products and is equipped with remote management and service functions (Industry 4.0 compliant).

• The machine uses electrical components from renowned brands, along with a PLC control system, user-friendly touchscreen, and wireless tablet operation, ensuring reliable performance.

• After printing, products are unloaded by a robotic arm, arranged in a line, and enter a constant-temperature drying tunnel to fully cure the ink.
