Steps of silicone mold

1. Prototype: before making silicone mold, we need to make prototype. The prototype can be made of common ABS material and processed by CNC. 

2. After the prototype of the silicone mold is ready, start making the silicone mold. Eight hours after drying, the silicone die cut open, take out the prototype. At this point, the silicone mold is ready. 

3. Injection molding: inject the liquid gum material into the silica gel mold and dry it. The service life of silicone mold is about 25 mold times.

Advantage

Time is fast, cost is less, processing failure probability is small, etc. More than 20 same products can be made with a silicone mold. The cost, cycle and risk of product development are greatly reduced.
