Details:

The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, and the blade is

hydroformed after stamping, and the blade and hub are welded and assembled. The impeller is

calibrated for static and dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6.

The flange of the outer cylinder is formed by integral flanging and spinning.
